On This Day In Baseball History: April 7, 1984

Detroit Tigers 29-year-old righty Jack Morris no hits the Chicago White Sox at Comiskey Park. The last Tigers pitcher to toss a no-hitter was Jim Bunning in 1958. Morris would go on to make the ’84 AL All-Star team and finish 7th in the AL Cy Young.
