A 38-year old Walter Johnson pitches a 15-inning complete game shutout beating the A’s 1-0. Johnson gave up 6 hits while striking out 9 and walking 3. In the second to last season of his career Johnson would on to have a decent season winning 15 games and posting a 3.63 ERA.
