Philadelphia Phillies Jim Thome breaks a tie with five Hall of Famers: Jimmie Foxx, Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, Stan Musial, and Frank Robinson, for most career walk-off home runs, by hitting his 13th. Thome’s final walk-off of his career was a solo shot over the left-field wall in the bottom of the ninth inning, giving the Phillies a 7-6 win over Tampa Bay. Along with being the all-time leader in walk-off homers his 612 career homers is 7th most all-time.
