Philadelphia Phillies second baseman Juan Samuel triples off of Rick Sutcliffe giving the him 10 triples on the season. That triples makes Juan Samuel the first player to have at least 10 double, 10 triples, 10 home runs, and 10 stolen bases in the first four years of his career. 1987 was undoubtedly the best season of Samuel’s career.
