Curtis Granderson

Detroit Tigers center fielder Curtis Granderson steals his 20th base of the year. The steal makes Granderson the third Major Leaguer in the 20/20/20/20 club. He joins Frank Schulte (1911) and Willie Mays (1957) as the only players to collect 20 homers, 20 triples, 20 doubles and 20 stolen bases in the same season. Granderson’s 23 triples was the most in a season since Cleveland’s Dale Mitchell had 23 in 1949.
