Northern California’s Best Baseball Players

For a lot of people where we come from is a point of pride. When we meet someone who hales from the same place as us there is often a sense of comradery. If you were born and raised in California you have arguably the best collection of both current and former players. There were so many that I separated them into Northern and Southern California.

  1. There is many more players from the bay area that moved here as children. Grew up here and became hall of famers. Rickey Henderson, Joe Morgan, Willie Stargell, and Frank Robinson. Also some other hall of famers George Kelly,Ernie Lombardi, Tony Lazzeri and Chick Hafey. Some other MVPs Barry Bonds, Jackie Jensen, Bob Elliot, Dolph Camilli, as for all stars Bill Buckner, Wally Berger, Dave Stewart, Curt Flood, Dontrell Willis, Tommy Harper, Etc.
