Carlos Beltran

Houston Astros outfielder Carlos Beltran goes deep in his fifth consecutive game, a new postseason record. He would also tie Barry Bonds with 8 homer runs in a single postseason. Although the Astros fell just short of the World Series Beltran’s performance is one of the best ever. He had 20 hits in 46 at-bats for a .434 batting average, scored 21 runs, hit 8 homers, drove in 14 runs, stole 6 bases, and walked 9 times in just 12 games.
